Unfortunately, accidents happen and losses occur. When they do, our Agents are ready to discuss coverages, deductibles and the claim process with all of our clients. We prefer to speak with clients BEFORE reporting a claim to the insurance carrier UNLESS the claim is of catastrophic proportion (for example an Auto Accident with Injuries, Auto Accident resulting in your vehicle being in-operable, House fire).
